Meeting Notes is a Chrome extension that captures Google Meet captions and chat messages to generate meeting summaries and action items.

Data we collect and store

Meeting Notes stores user-provided settings in the user's Chrome browser, including:

• OpenAI API key
• Notion integration token
• Jira API token and project settings
• Gumroad license key
• Generated action items
• Meeting transcripts captured from Google Meet

How data is used

Meeting transcripts are used only to generate summaries and action items.

The extension sends meeting transcript text to OpenAI only when the user has entered their own OpenAI API key.

If the user enables Notion or Jira sync, action items are sent to the user's own Notion workspace or Jira project using credentials provided by the user.

The Gumroad license key is sent to Gumroad only to verify whether the user has an active Pro subscription.

Data sharing

Meeting Notes does not sell user data. Meeting Notes does not use user data for advertising. Meeting Notes does not share user data with unrelated third parties.
